RateZip joins ChatGPT and Grok, Stryd opens an MCP beta, Vercel adds deployment cards in ChatGPT

Three new connections today, from bank rates to running data.
RateZip's savings, CD and mortgage rates now work in ChatGPT and Grok
Rate tracker RateZip now publishes a connector called "RateZip Deposit/Mortgage Rates" that you can add from the ChatGPT app directory, to Grok, or to any other app that supports MCP. You can ask for top savings and CD rates, posted mortgage and HELOC rates, or payment comparisons, and each bank rate comes with when it was observed and a link to the bank's page. RateZip says results are observed data, not quotes or advice. Plan requirements are not confirmed.

Stryd runners can ask Claude or ChatGPT about their training data
Running power-meter maker Stryd launched the Stryd MCP Open Beta for Stryd Membership subscribers. You add it as a custom connector in Claude or ChatGPT (custom connectors need a paid ChatGPT plan), sign in to Stryd, and ask about your runs, Critical Power history, planned workouts, races and shoe mileage. For now it only reads your data, and Stryd says tools and limits may change during the beta.

Vercel's connector now shows your deployments as a live card in ChatGPT
Vercel's official MCP server can now show a deployment as an interactive card inside ChatGPT and other chat apps that support MCP Apps. The card shows live build status, build logs and commit details, adds a Visit button once the site is ready, and lets you send logs into the chat to debug. Apps without card support get the same details as plain text.
