Gorgias help desks can now be run from Claude or ChatGPT
Ecommerce help desk Gorgias says its MCP connection is listed in Claude's connector directory and ChatGPT's plugin directory, so you can connect and sign in without manual setup. The assistant can read and analyze tickets, audit your account and update settings, limited by your Gorgias role. It works on any Gorgias Helpdesk plan; on Claude Team or Enterprise and managed ChatGPT workspaces an admin may need to turn it on first.

Suno opens an MCP beta for making songs inside Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini
Suno released Suno MCP as a beta on Oct 28. You can create songs, covers, extensions and mashups from a chat, with each song saved to your Suno library and paid for with your Suno credits. It isn't in any app directory: you add https://api.suno.com/mcp as a custom connector in Claude or Gemini, or a custom MCP plugin in ChatGPT, and access is early access through a signup.

Mac assistant Alter now works inside Claude and Claude Code
Alter, an AI assistant app for Mac, says Claude can now find your Alter meetings, read transcripts, run your saved Alter Actions and pick up Alter conversations. You turn on Alter's MCP Gateway, download its plugin and upload it in Claude's plugin settings (or install it for Claude Code). The tools run on your Mac; it is an upload-it-yourself plugin, not a Claude directory listing.
